well upon reading this book, i was fascinated by an emblem of some sort which called ambigrams.

An ambigram, also sometimes known as an inversion, is a graphical figure that spells out one or more words not only in its form as presented, but also in another direction or orientation. The text spelled out in the other direction or orientation is often the same, but can also be a different text. Douglas R. Hofstadter describes an ambigram as a "calligraphic design that manages to squeeze two different readings into the selfsame set of curves."

Independently, the term "ambigram" is used by the National Puzzlers' League to mean an ambiguous anagram.

 its basically a word that when you turn upside down still reads the same word. although sometimes when you turn an ambigram upside down, it sometimes read another word..hehe

transformers 2: revenge of the fallen (2009)

yes, optimus prime and the rest of the autobots are back.. dreamworks/paramount have just announced the release of michael bay's sequel, and it will be on june 2009..

 although details of the movie's plot is a closely-guarded secret, expect a character from the first movie to make a dramatic comeback and attempt to settle a score.. my guess is it would be starscream though..hehe

dragonball (2009)

everyone's favorite japanese anime comes to the big screen.. watch as son gouku collects the 7 dragonballs to save the earth.. the movie was released on august 2008 in japan and will be released on april 2009 in the US.. 

pirates of the caribbean 4: dead men tell no tales (2011)

jack is back once again in the 4th installment of the pirates of the caribbean franchise.. although there has been no any other word from the director of who will be casting the sequel, the story revolves around the rivalry between sparrow and balbosa as they both in hot pursuit of the Fountain of Youth..

alien vs. predator 3 (tba)

20th century fox just announced that they will be releasing the 3rd movie of the alien vs. predator franchise.. it is already in the planning stage.. the studio said they will be having the setting in space following the avp-r's storyline..

harry potter and the half-blood prince (2008)

G.I.Joe: rise of cobra (2009)

The movie will be a modern telling of the "G.I. Joe vs. Cobra" storyline and its compelling characters that Hasbro created 25 years ago. The premise of this fantasy is the story of the G.I. underworld: rise of the lycans (2009)

street fighter: the legend of chun-li (2009)

"Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li" is a live-action feature film based on Capcom's video game. The new film is focused on female fighter Chun-Li and her journey for justice.

the film starred kristin kreuk, yes smallville's very own. ohhlalala! so this is a must see for all of you kreuk's fans out there.  

terminator salvation (2009)

 In the highly anticipated new installment of "The Terminator" film franchise, set in post-apocalyptic 2018, Christian Bale stars as John Connor, the man fated to lead the human resistance against Skynet and its army of Terminators. this movie is a prequel for the release of the avengers movie. i'm expecting tony stark or nick fury to have an appearance once again in an attempt to create the known team.

max payne (2008)

valkyrie (2008)

this the 2nd official movie of bleach titled the diamond dust rebellion. the story revolves around 10th squad captain hitsugaya toushiro..

the plot starts when an unknown shinigami along with 2 arrancars steals the "king's seal", a powerful artifact.. toushiro recognizes the culprit and set out after him..  but due to toushiro's agressive actions, he has been branded as a traitor and been charged as an ally of the culprit..

 with the 10th squad under house arrest, ichigo helps toushiro as he struggles to find the unknown shinigami.. but the other 12 squads are after toushiro, will they be able to catch the culprit and clear toushiro's name? or will the other 12 squads catch up to them.. this is a must see movie for all of you bleach fans out there.. click the linkz below to watch the movie...

the incredible hulk (2008):

x-men origins: wolverine (2009)

The excitement is almost palpable! Twentieth Century Fox has announced that Gavin Hood is set to direct the upcoming Wolverine solo movie! Hood is most known for his film, "Totsi," which won the Academy Award for best foreign film in 2005. Hood's newest film, "Rendition," starring Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal, opens October 12. "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," with Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Logan from the legendary "X-Men" films, will feature a screenplay by the talented scribe David Benioff ("25th Hour" and "Troy"), and will purportedly follow Marvel's Canucklehead through his mysterious origins and early exploits. "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," is slated for a May 2009 release.

 there has been some speculation that marvel will release an avengers movie.. is it really true? perhaps it is.. from the ending of the iron man movie nick fury, the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. (portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson), appeared before tony stark and discussed about the avengers issue.. is this the beginning of the plot? i think so.. i have also watched the incredible hulk movie (which starred edward norton).. during the ending, there was an appearance of tony stark(iron man) played by robert downey jr. of course.. he approached general ross and discussed that he(and probably S.H.I.E.L.D.) are trying to assemble a team.. and everybody knows that the avengers recruited the hulk AND thor(the norse god of thunder and the son of odin).. since the thor movie is coming, is there gonna be another appearance from S.H.I.E.L.D. recruiting thor? this is just me connecting the dots, but i think the rumors of marvel making an avengers movie is true.. that would be a movie worth waiting for, don't you agree?

Sony is developing a potential "Spider-Man" spinoff based on the villain who appeared in "Spider-Man 3" and is hoping the character could serve as an antidote to the aging "Spider-Man" franchise in the way that Fox has used Wolverine to add longevity to its "X-Men" franchise.

Sony is also still developing a fourth "Spider-Man" film for 2011.

spider-man 4 (2011)

The fourth installment is tentatively scheduled to hit theaters in May 2011. There is NO screenplay yet, and neither star Tobey Maguire nor director Sam Raimi is officially committed to work on the next installment(s), but rumors are they are interested - but Sony has paid Marvel to renew its rights.

Rumor has it that the current Spidey 4 story arc encompasses two films, opening up the possibility that the studio might shoot the fourth and fifth film at the same time!

Until Sony officially makes a public announcement, this is all just rumor!

iron man 2 (2010)

i recently heard a song that a friend of mine gave me which titled "the road i must travel" by the nightwatchman.. i later found out that the nightwatchman was tom morello..yes, tom morello.. for those who doesnt know him, he is a well known guitarist who played for rage against the machine and audioslave.. knowing this, i would assume that this was an activist song.. and i was right.. and the song really sounds good, as expected from tom morello.. when i watched the video for this song, i found some pretty interesting quotes by some famous people.. here are some of them:
